• New for 2012....We are requesting a two-night minimum stay for the weekends starting Memorial Day through Labor Day. If a room becomes available we will gladly accept a one-night stay.
• Cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to date of arrival. If less than 72 hours, your deposit will be forfeited. Sorry, bad weather (other than those pesky hurricanes) not a factor for cancellation! "No shows" and "early departures" will be treated the same as a less than 72 hour cancellation notice as will reservations from gift certificates. We will make every effort to re-book the room so you won't be charged but please understand and appreciate that cancellations affect us significantly. 
• There is a $25 administrative fee per each reserved room for any cancellations made prior to the 72 hour cancellation deadline.
• A 50% deposit of total charges (100% for one night) is required with a Visa or MasterCard number. Sorry, we do not take any other credit cards or checks.
• "High Season" weekly vacation rates available - ask us for details.
• We offer two levels of "Low Season" weekly rates (that's 7 nights and it is not pro-rated)  - one includes Continental breakfast and housekeeping - the other does not. Ask us for details.
• Third person in the rooms with the additional twin bed $15 each additional each night.
• Pets in limited 'pet friendly' rooms $15 per pet per night.
