Pets R Welcome

   Your family pet is always welcome at the County Home B&B!

 We do charge an additional $15 per pet per night and ask that you please:

....leave your pet in your car until you have checked into your room.

....have your dog on a leash until all dogs get to know each other.

....do not leave your dog unattended in your room unless he/she is in a crate and is not a 'barker' when you are gone.

....take full responsibility for any damage or mishaps that may occur in the room. If any damage has occured, you will be notified immediately upon discovery  

.... be a responsible 'pooper-scooper' (Mutt-Mitt bags are provided)

....don't let your dog get on the bed at any time - their nails break the threads in the quilts and punch holes in the blankets.

.....remember it is their vacation too so don't forget to bring their favorite bedding and play toys.

....reserve early - pet friendly rooms are limited.

Our three dogs are very possessive of their back porch area. When other dogs are here, we keep them in our house and don't let them out when others are in the yard.

The County Home B&B has lots of back yard for your dog to walk and play. Our property backs up to a corn field with a path that is a great area to walk.

Beaufort is a pet friendly town for walking your dogs but restaurants are still off limits for pets. Back Street Pub on Middle Lane is a pet friendly locals pub. 

We look forward to meeting your special member of the family. Our four legged family members are "Raleigh", "Opie" and "Jocko" and the cats are Stella and Izzy...who will have nothing to do with any of us!
