Here's what you need to know:
.... the County Home B&B is unique in that it is laid out like an old timey motel with all rooms on one level with a 300 foot front covered porch and back open deck.
.... our ten rooms are all private with front and back door entrances and no more than three steps to climb from your car to your door.
....seven rooms have one queen bed, one room has two twin beds and two rooms have a queen and twin bed combination.
.... each room has a small kitchenette area with microwave, under counter refrigerator, table and chairs, sitting area with cable TV, private bath, original pine floors and ceilings.
....we have free hi-speed wireless connections
....we deliver breakfast baskets to your room each morning full of warm bagels and home made muffins. All rooms are stocked with complimentary juices, water, fruit and yogurt cups.
.....each room has a coffee maker and fresh coffee packets.
...check in time is between 3 PM and 6 PM. If you can't make it during the check in time, no problem - just let us know. We are flexible!
...check out time is 11 AM. Late check out is sometimes possible. If we can accommodate a late check out, the charge is $35 and can't be later than 2 PM. You absolutely must confirm with us first!
...this is a smoke free facility. Smoking is allowed on the porches - never in the rooms.
....prices are subject to change and sometimes we request a two night minimum stay during Beaufort's holiday and festival weekends.
... we have limited space for boats and trailers - just let us know if you will be bringing your boat.
....we have hair dryers, iron, beach chairs and towels, outdoor grill, picnic tables and pretty much anything else you may need - just ask and we probably have it!
...third person in the room is $15 additional per night.
....10% discount for staying four nights or longer on high season rates only

....we are just down the road from the bike path and the Beaufort Historic District and waterfront is only a three minute drive.
